Shri Diwakar Kaushik has taken additional charge as Regional Executive Director of Western Region-
II, NTPC Nava Raipur on September 24, 2025. Presently, he is holding the position of CEO – NSPCL
(NTPC-SAIL Power Company Limited).
A Mechanical Engineer from NIT Kurukshetra, Shri Kaushik has joined NTPC in 1987 as an
Executive Trainee. To his credit, he did his MBA in Human Resources Management from IGNOU.
Shri Kaushik has rich and varied experience in the areas of Operation, ERP and IT. He held several
important positions in a career spanning 38 years and worked at NTPC Auraiya in UP, NTPC
Faridabad in Haryana, NTPC CC EOC Noida in UP, NTPC Dadri in UP, NTPC Mouda in
Maharashtra. In his illustrious career, Shri Kaushik also headed NTPC Auraiya in UP, NTPC Simhadri
in Andhra Pradesh and NTPC Lara in Chhattisgarh.
With his rich and varied experience, NTPC Western Region-II will be benefitted greatly under his
guidance and dynamic leadership in the days to come.
